#TeamCardiff fundraisers take on Cardiff Half Marathon

On Sunday 1 October, over 100 alumni, students and staff ran the Principality Cardiff Half Marathon as part of #TeamCardiff. The team have reached their £25,000 fundraising target but every extra penny raised will go to support Cardiff University neuroscience and mental health, and cancer research.

The 20th Cardiff Half Marathon saw around 30 members of our alumni community take on a scenic 13.1 miles through the city. Together, #TeamCardiff’s efforts will support the next generation of researchers, helping to accelerate discoveries and develop treatments for a range of conditions.
