At the beginning of the year, we made LinkedIn Learning available for free to all our staff and students through a university-wide licence.
Since then, many of our staff and students have been using the platform. You can read about a student’s experience of using LinkedIn Learning on this blog.
Each week throughout October, we have been reviewing the most popular courses on the platform with our staff and students and sharing them on our intranet pages. In case you missed them, we have collated our selection for you to review at your own time:
Course 1: Help with Office 365
A collection of courses to help you if you are unfamiliar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Activating your account
If you’re yet to activate your account, you can do so by following these three steps:
- visit the LinkedIn Learning homepage,
- enter your Cardiff University email address or choose ‘Log in with organization account’
- login with your Cardiff University email address and password
