Learning Central Microlearning Library

The Learning Central Microlearning Library has been created by the Cardiff Learning and Teaching Academy as a quick and easy way to develop your understanding of the new Virtual Learning Environment. Each video lasts 60-90 seconds and takes you from the basic features of Blackboard Ultra, helping you to create your course and build content through to the more advanced features of the platform such as assigning reasonable adjustments and identifying and fixing accessibility issues. The library contains over 50 bilingual videos and has had nearly 700 unique viewers benefit from the guidance.

Share feature

All videos in library are available for you to use in your resources. When you are in a video you wish to use, simply scroll down and select “Share”:

You will then have the option to copy the link or use the embed code to add to your training resources of learning central module:
