This is just a short blog post to highlight the Learning Technology Officer job that is currently advertised for the Learn Plus project. The vacancy is currently live on the University web pages: http://bit.ly/1KlF92I.

The position will be based in a small, busy team, who already have a strong technical and project management focus, and are looking for an ambitious person to assist the team in delivering the benefits of the new technologies to the academic community.
The successful candidate will: “provide expert guidance, advice and support to Colleges, Schools and Professional Services on the design, development and implementation of online materials and resources, including developing resources suitable for online delivery, and the use of interactive educational technologies.”
The post is based within the Learn Plus project team within PMITS (Portfolio Management And IT Services) and the successful candidate will work collaboratively with staff in Schools, Colleges and Professional Services. Here is some information about the project:
