Celebrating our Student and Staff panel members: A key part of our Internship funding process

Thank you to all our staff and students for their time and commitment in reviewing over 130 applications.

The Learning and Teaching Academy’s On-campus Internship Scheme enables academic staff to fund a student to work on their live research projects over the summer recess. Our scheme strives to empower students to gain valuable experience of research, encourage further study and work in partnership with staff. The processes we use to grant funding within the scheme share the same ethos.

As part of our scheme a dedicated panel of staff and students play a crucial role in reviewing our applications to ensure that our funding is awarded fairly and effectively. We want to take a moment to celebrate and thank our staff and students for their time and commitment in reviewing over 130 applications. By bringing together staff and student perspectives, our process remains transparent, fair and impactful.
