Two exciting opportunities have arisen within the School of Physics and Astronomy to join the well-established Physics Mentoring Project. The opportunities are “Project Manager” and “Project Officer”:

Project Officer
The post-holder will assist the Project Manager in coordinating the project as it expands its reach to include more mentors and schools across Wales. This is a varied and exciting role, which includes supporting activities such as recruitment of mentors, design and delivery of mentor training, creation of videos and session resources, school recruitment and liaison with teacher contacts, event management of awards and recognition ceremonies, steering group administrative duties, and relationship management of the large network of project contacts and stakeholders. The post-holder will also support the day-to-day operations of the project, alongside the Project Manager and the external evaluators.
