If you have been affected by the issues discussed in this video, support is available:

• Your line manager or your School or Department’s HR Manager are good first points of contact
• Care First, our Employee Assistance Programme, is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week if you need support. The service provides a free, confidential helpline, telephone counselling, specialist information, and crisis support.
• If you are in fear of immediate violence or abuse on campus, contact Campus Security. You can also download and use the SafeZone app which will allow you to alert Security Services if you need help or assistance.
