The Cardiff MA in Forensic Linguistics was, as far as we know, the first to be established anywhere in the world when it was founded by Janet Cotterill in the 2001/2 academic year.  Since its inception it has expanded considerably with a busy FL staff and hundreds of graduates worldwide.
