Index of Legal Terms added to Westlaw UK

The Index of Legal Terms has been added to Westlaw UK. The Index of Legal Terms contains the contents of Stroud’s Judicial Dictionary of Words and Phrases, Jowitt’s Dictionary of English Law and Osborn’s Concise Law Dictionary as well as the statutory definitions that form part of Westlaw UK Legislation documents.

All content is interlinked and cross-referenced. Furthermore, any cumulative updates to Stroud or Jowitt are incorporated into the full text of the content online and reflected in the revision date for that source.

Although the full contents of Stroud’s Judicial Dictionary of Words and Phrases, Jowitt’s Dictionary of English Law and Osborn’s Concise Law Dictionary are included in the Index of Legal Terms, these titles cannot be searched individually.
