Reflections from an Antiracism Program in EARTH. EARTH has participated in the URGE (Unlearning Racism in the Geosciences https://urgeoscience.org/) Antiracism Program. Group members included a mix of staff and students, who followed an Antiracism Curriculum, met to reflect and discuss their learning journey, and then worked collaboratively on Actions within the School (e.g. working to change School policies and processes). This is an ongoing effort which has raised awareness of Antiracism and improved the School’s culture. Carrie will reflect on this journey and answer any questions about the process.
