Meet the EDI and Dignity at Work Teams!

At Cardiff University School of Physics and Astronomy we have a dedicated Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team that work hard to make sure that the School is a welcoming and friendly place. The team have also established a number of initiatives to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and can reach their full potential.

We also have a network of Dignity at Work advisers who are trained to provide advice in an informal atmosphere, to any staff members experiencing concerns. A number of our team identify themselves as providing a safe space for discussion of LGBT+ related issues by wearing rainbow lanyards.
