Growth in Athena SWAN awards….

I help to promote Athena SWAN in the School of Medicine, in Cardiff University and nationally by participating in Athena SWAN Assessment Panels. Athena SWAN is a charter that recognises commitment to advancing women’s careers in STEMM academia. STEMM stands for science, technology engineering, medicine and mathematics.  There has been an increase in the number of Athena SWAN awards. I have generated the chart below graph to demonstrate this using Google Documents.

The data has been taken from the Athena SWAN Award Booklets which are available on the Athena SWAN website. They include a list of awards and examples of good practice.
