On the Portal you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/prosper.liverpool.ac.uk\/postdoc-resources\/reflect\/\">Reflect<\/a> \u2013 Identify your strengths, skills, values and career goals.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/prosper.liverpool.ac.uk\/postdoc-resources\/explore\/\">Explore<\/a> \u2013 Get insights from a wide range of employers in various sectors and discover opportunities and career pathways across 12 career clusters.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/prosper.liverpool.ac.uk\/postdoc-resources\/act\/\">Act<\/a> \u2013 Build practical career skills for effectively building professional networks, pursuing job opportunities, and developing in your current or future role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/prosper.liverpool.ac.uk\/login-register\/\">Registering<\/a> on the Portal for free is optional, but doing so unlocks the <a href=\"https:\/\/prosper.liverpool.ac.uk\/postdoc-resources\/career-development-navigator\/\">Career Development Navigator<\/a> which empowers you to customise Prosper\u2019s resources to align to your unique career situation and trajectory.<\/p>\n<p>Prosper also hosts the <a href=\"https:\/\/prosper.liverpool.ac.uk\/managers-of-researchers\/\">Prosper Portal Managers of Researchers<\/a>, which contains a wealth of resources for PIs looking to develop their leadership skills, and foster a positive, inclusive working environment.
