Maths Students + Careers Fairs = Jobs and Opportunities

With our Careers Fairs under way we are keen to help students make the most of the valuable opportunity they offer them to meet student and graduate recruiters.

For Maths students in particular, there may not be a careers fair with maths in the title, but there’s definitely good reason for you to attend Fairs and … please don’t let a short walk to Engineering or the Business School deter you.

It only takes one positive encounter with an employer to lead you into a great graduate job!

Employers have specifically asked to see Maths students at our Careers Fairs: –

Monday 20 October – AECOM, Atkins, Babcock International Group, Gradcracker, L’Oreal, Royal Airforce, Spirax Sarco, Target Jobs, Thales are keen to talk to you.

Tuesday 21 October – BAE Systems, BBC, CH2M Hill, CG, Eysys, Frazer Nash Consultancy, IBM, MBDA, Ultra Electronics want to meet you.

Wednesday 22 October –  – The Alacrity Foundation, British Council, Deloitte, Delphi Diesel Systems, ERA Technology Ltd, First Derivitives, Information, Processing LTD (IPL), JC Bamford Excavators Ltd, Kautex Textron CVS Ltd, Nuclear Graduates, Office of National Statistics, Renishaw PLC, Schlumberger and TATA Steel are recruiting Maths students/graduates.
