If you feel like you need someone to talk to during the festive period and something is troubling you then please get in touch …


 The Samaritans can be contacted 24 hours a day, all year round. Talk to them any time you like, in your own way, and off the record – about whatever’s getting to you. They can support you and signpost you to other people who will also be able to help.  Tel: (029) 2034 4022 or 08457 909090 Email:

We are open from 9am-4pm Monday-Friday but close on 23rd December at 4pm until 2nd January at 9am.


Cardiff Nightline is a confidential student led phone service. We provide information and serve as a listening ear and  to students in the Cardiff area. Nightline is open every night during term time between 8pm and 8am. Nightline will listen to students who wish to discuss anything in confidence.  Tel:  Nightline from 8pm-8am on (029) 2087 0555.  Nightline is only accessible during term time.
