Tips and advice for your exams and assessments

Help is at hand to support you through the exam period. Our exam and assessment tips are here to help you through the next few weeks.

 

Whilst it’s important to work hard and try your best, try not to overdo it. Taking regular breaks and sticking to a healthy routine can improve your time management and make your revision more productive.

From revising effectively to managing anxiety, there is information, advice and support readily available to help students through the exam period.

Find a study space

Removing yourself from distractions can be helpful to your revision. Based on student feedback, we have increased the number of study spaces available to students by 10%.  Find a study spaces on campus

If you are experiencing any difficulties during exams, get in touch with Student Support.

The Student Support Centre has a range of services dedicated to helping students make the most of their time at University, including: Advice & MoneyCareers & EmployabilityCounselling, Health & WellbeingDisability & Dyslexia and International Student Support.

The Student Support Centres are located at 50 Park Place, Cathays Campus and Cardigan House, Heath Park Campus.
