Ross’s Postgraduate Taught Scholarship has allowed him to remain in Cardiff University’s School of Planning and Geography. Having completed his undergraduate degree here, the reputation of academics within the School, as well as his connections with them, were the key motivations for studying MSc Urban and Regional Development.

Luke has gained the core skills to make him an attractive PhD candidate

Luke’s Postgraduate Taught Scholarship was the icing on the cake: an opportunity in an affordable, cool city where he could gain skills necessary to pursue his other career ambitions. He is currently studying the MSc Social Science Research Methods and looking forward to finding doctoral study either in the UK or overseas.
