In the outer Solar System, <a href=\"https:\/\/lco.global\/user\/egomez\/\">Edward Gomez<\/a> and I discuss the Cassini spacecraft, which has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/feature\/jpl\/nasa-saturn-mission-prepares-for-ring-grazing-orbits\">made its final major orbital manoeuvre<\/a>, and the Juno spacecraft, which has had a few issues getting into its main science orbit. Further from home, we&#8217;ve got the first <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iau.org\/public\/themes\/naming_stars\/\">&#8220;official&#8221; star names<\/a> from the International Astronomical Union, and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.universetoday.com\/131983\/star-roundest-natural-object-ever-seen\/\">discovery of the roundest known star<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Our main guest this month is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.icrar.org\/people\/nhw\/\">Dr Natasha Hurley-Walker<\/a>, based at the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.icrar.org\/\">ICRAR<\/a>) at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/\">Curtin University<\/a>. Natasha works on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mwatelescope.org\/\">Murchison Widefield Array<\/a>, and\u00a0has produced <a href=\"http:\/\/gleam.icrar.org\">GLEAM<\/a>: an all-sky image of the sky at radio wavelengths at very high resolution and in a wide range of radio &#8220;colours&#8221;, or wavelengths. This gives us a better understanding of some of the most energetic processed taking place in the centres of nearby galaxies, but the end goal is somewhat further afield.
