Stargazing: Amateur astronomers using a small telescope connected to a laptop.
The return of “Stargazing LIVE” to BBC2 this week means that astronomy fever is once again gripping the UK. You can join members of the School of Physics and Astronomy at a number of free astronomy events over the next few days and weeks.

This year’s series, presented again by Professor Brian Cox and Dara O’Briain, has been broadcasting live from the Control Room of the Jodrell Bank Observatory on 7th, 8th and 9th January on BBC 2.
