ITV Wales interview Professor Les Baillie about honey beer collaboration with local brewery

Professor Les Baillie was interviewed by ITV Wales to discuss the collaboration between Cardiff University (School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences) and the Bang-On brewery in Bridgend to create a beer using honey from the university’s own beehives.  The idea stemmed from the university’s Pharmabees project, which is looking at the potential health benefits of natural plant-based products.
