Current events have highlighted the importance of making research publications openly available to all readers. To celebrate the first day of\u00a0International Open Access Week 2020\u00a0<\/a>we have put together a special edition of our OA infographic focusing on the last 12 months. International Open Access Week is a global, community-driven week of action to promote the opening-up of access to research. The event, celebrated by individuals, institutions and organizations across the world aims to raise the visibility of scholarship, and to accelerate research and its application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
