Introduction to Systemic Functional Linguistics

Corpus Linguistics  

Cardiff Wales

September 8-10, 2014 

The summer school will run the following two parallel courses:

Corpus Linguistics and Introduction to Systemic Functional Linguistics. 

Corpus Linguistics course: Gill Francis, Serge Sharoff, Stella Neumann, Geoff Thompson, Mick O’Donnell, Ben Clarke, Gerard O’Grady. 

Introduction to SFL:  Geoff Thompson, Lise Fontaine, Tom Bartlett, Mick O’Donnell. 

Workshops in the Cardiff Grammar by Robin Fawcett 

Call for Poster Presentations Participants at the summer school are encouraged to submit an abstract for a Poster Presentation on a topic related to one of the courses. Accepted proposals will be presented at a poster session. Deadline for submissions is May 1st 2014. Send abstracts of 500 words to linc-network@cf.ac.uk.
