Users with partial or no current access to JSTOR\u00a0may create a MyJSTOR account and add up to three items to a reading shelf for free.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>How will it work?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Find an article that\u2019s part of Register &amp; Read, click on a \u201cGet Access\u201d option.<\/li>\n<li>Register for a free MyJSTOR account, or log into your account if you already have one.<\/li>\n<li>Add the content to your shelf to read the full-text online. After 14 days, you may remove it and add new items to your shelf.<\/li>\n<li>PDF versions of some articles will also be available for purchase and download. If you purchase articles from your shelf, the PDF versions may be stored and accessed in your MyJSTOR account at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At launch, Register &amp; Read will include approximately 70 journals from more than 30 publishers, a subset of the content in JSTOR. This includes content from the first volume and issue published for these journals through a recent year (generally 3-5 years ago).\u00a0It is\u00a0planned to add more titles at a later date. <a href=\"http:\/\/about.jstor.org\/sites\/default\/files\/jstor-register-read-titles.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">See a list of the titles and publishers<\/a>. Register &amp; Read is a beta program, and\u00a0it is expected that aspects of the program will be adjusted as needed.
