Prospective law now on Westlaw UK

Consolidated versions of prospective law are now available, to search and view, for Acts from 2004 onwards on Westlaw UK. Key pre-2004 Acts will also have prospective versions available and the remaining prospective law will be rolled out on an ongoing basis.

At the same time four new legislation status icons have been introduced to supplement the existing legislation status icons. The legislation status icons are a traffic light system which aims to allow users to instantly see the status of a new provision.
