JustCite

We now have access to JustCite a legal search engine and citator which cross-references cases, legislation and journal articles and shows you how they are related. For example, (the same as Westlaw UK and LexisLibrary) JustCite enables you to find out what cases have cited a piece of legislation, journal articles that relate to a case or piece of legislation and cases that have subsequntly cited a case.

The database also enables you to access the full text of a document if it is found on an electronic resource to which Cardiff University subsrcibes or has access. JustCite covers all major case law series from the UK and Ireland, as well as EU law and an increasing number of titles from common law jurisdictions around the world.

Please be aware that the approximatley 100 journals that are indexed on JustCite does not match the over 800 journals that are indexed on the Legal Journals Index found on Westlaw UK.
