Clay Sanskrit Library donation

The Arts & Social Studies Library has received a donation from the Clay Sanskrit Library. James Hegarty from the School of History, Archaeology and Religion (pictured centre) accepted the donation on behalf of Cardiff University, along with Erica Swain and Duncan Montgomery of ASSL.

The Clay Sanskrit Library series includes great Indian epics including the Mahabharata and the Ramayana, along with translations of other Sanskrit poetry and tales. The donations will soon be available for consultation in ASSL.
