New to Lawtel – Pending Actions

New functionality on Lawtel enables you to track all documents submitted to the High Court before a hearing date is fixed, enabling you to track proceedings from start to finish, for claims issued in the High Court since January 2010.

After logging into Lawtel from the ‘Cases’ menu select ‘Pending Actions’ to access the Pending Actions search screen and search by case name, court number, subject, date, etc. From your search results click on a case name to view the information on a case.
