LEDS Session 30th October 2019 – Discussion of recently published work in linguistic ethnography
21 October 2019Our next LEDS meeting will be on Weds 30th October 2019, from 4.30pm in Room 2.46 of the John Percival Building. We will be exploring and discussing the breadth of linguistic ethnographic work through consideration of a selection of ten research article abstracts, all published during the last ten years.
The list of abstracts can be viewed or downloaded from this link. In case this doesn’t work, copy and paste the full hyperlink here:
Before we meet, please take a look at all ten abstracts, and bring your thoughts about the range of research approaches and research topics they represent with you to the session. If you have time and are particularly interested, do pick one article to read in full – and it would be great if you would be willing to summarise any article you have read for everyone during our discussion.
If anyone has any questions, please let me (Judith) know. i look forward to seeing you on the 30th!
