{"id":499,"date":"2026-10-30T05:04:48","date_gmt":"2026-10-30T05:04:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.cardiff.ac.uk\/housing-law-wales\/?p=499"},"modified":"2026-10-30T08:38:21","modified_gmt":"2026-10-30T08:38:21","slug":"hasha-implementation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.cardiff.ac.uk\/housing-law-wales\/hasha-implementation\/","title":{"rendered":"HASHA Implementation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I came across a technical briefing about the implementation of the Homelessness and Social Housing Allocation (Wales) Act &#8211; discussed in some detail in previous posts &#8211; on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cymorthcymru.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Technical-Briefing-Homelessness-and-Social-Housing-Allocation-Wales-Act-2026-by-commencement-phases-260619.pdf\">Cymorth Cymru website<\/a>.\u00a0 You are likely to know this already, but it does provide a helpful table setting out the three phases and what is included in each.\u00a0 There is a nice, lengthy run in to Phase 1 in approx September 2027.
