Welsh Housing Quarterly

I should have mentioned that the new edition of the Welsh Housing Quarterly was published, with a special feature on the building safety Bill, at the end of October.  I haven’t covered this and, most likely won’t cover it, simply because it is highly technical stuff that is beyond my ken.  However, I am aware that the sector is not entirely happy with the Bill, and that the legislation in England has been problematic in terms of new developments.  There is also material on Coastal 2, and Welsh Housing Standards for RSLs.   As always, the WHQ edited by the incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful Jules Birch (namecheck) is worth reading as the thinking person’s voice of Welsh housing.
