Community led housing

Although I’m mildly sceptical about community led housing, there is a really interesting blog post by Claire White on the Cwmpas blog that is well worth reading about trying to get the Gŵyr CLT up and running. Readers will know that I am not a fan of the shared ownership model, but thats another story.

There seems to be a real will to make CLTs work in Wales – worth watching this space.
