Mothers of Africa Video Stories

19 November 2013

Story telling is an important was of sharing information and educating in Zambia. Mothers of Africa is now making stories in Chongwe to help share messages, including health messages.  The stories talk of Shiyala Village School and health post, of health myths and misunderstandings and there’s a lovely report on Mothers of Africa’s electrification project.  The stories are made by Tracy Pallant from StoryWorks with photos by Paul Crompton and Clara Watkins.

This work has been generously supported by Wales for Africa, Rumney Primary, Cardiff University, Cardiff Metropolitan University and Rotary in Cardiff East and Lusaka and of course by the people of  Chongwe, Zambia.  A wonderful team effort, so thank you all: Judith Hall.
