Making Science Memorable: Larynx and Voice
13 December 2013The Anatomy Season is over: interesting, exciting, insightful. A very big thank you to Suzy & Rose from Clod Ensemble and Maris & team from Welsh Millenium Centre. When they approached me about this, I had NO idea what it was all about, just said yes! Turned out saying yes was a good idea.
My own simulation team Cris, Sonia and Andrew were fab (as expected). Other highlights were Tracey’s anatomy and video of the larynx, WNO soprano Ros’ insights and photos from Paul & team.
Illustrated feedback from Chris Glynn & CSAD students (Cardiff Met) was so powerful, I have decided to offer 6 department illustration internships. Let’s see if we can develop this further. Take a look at the illustrations below and be impressed.
Finally, big thank you to medical students Sophie & Kitty and organisers Karen & Maria.
