I\nbarely slept on Friday night, and fieldwork always makes me quite anxious. I\u2019m\nalways worried as I have what seems to be a horrible combination of asthma and\nanxiety. I never used to think of these as related but then I realised they\nwere heavily related; as soon as I feel myself becoming short of breath my\nbrain goes into panic mode- sort of a positive feedback mechanism and it just\nspirals out of control (it also works the other way around).
