Frederico has been the Manager of the Cardiff EDC since November 2017. He joined the team as a permanent member of staff in 2013, following a six-month internship. He is a graduate in Political Science and International Relations from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

Frederico also leads the European Sources Online editorial team.
