The team have also established a number of initiatives to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and can reach their full potential.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"post-721 media-721\" class=\"image align-none\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.cardiff.ac.uk\/diversity-in-stem\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/564\/2024\/07\/project-2024-07-19_08-07_AM.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"990\" height=\"1909\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>We also have a network of Dignity at Work advisers who are trained to provide advice in an informal atmosphere, to any staff members experiencing concerns.
