All those who attended said how practical and useful the tips were in terms of generation a grass roots movement to make sure everyone feels they belong at the university and ensuring multiple voices are welcome and heard. I think it really matches well with the new EDI strategy of the University that talks about &#8216;Cynefin&#8217; (pronounced kuh-nev-in) as a strand of work.
