It includes talks by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.south-wales.police.uk\/en\/chief-officer\/nikki-holland-assistant-chief-constable-specialist-crime\/\">Assistant\u00a0<\/a><span style=\"color: #383735;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.south-wales.police.uk\/en\/chief-officer\/nikki-holland-assistant-chief-constable-specialist-crime\/\">Chief Constable Nikki Holland<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rms-consultancy.co.uk\/\">Rosaleen Moriarty-Simmonds OBE<\/a> and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/recyclescooters\">Helen Walbey<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>My\u00a0talk is about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecu.ac.uk\/equality-charters\/athena-swan\/\">Athena SWAN<\/a>, the charter that recognises advancement of gender equality. I&#8217;ve been involved in Athena SWAN at the University and <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.cardiff.ac.uk\/brennanpincardiff\/2014\/03\/24\/why-im-an-athena-swan-panelist\/\">national level<\/a> for about five years. I was asked to offer suggestions for things that we can do to help equality.
