We recently blogged here news that a positive outcome was found on patients who used self help books to manage symptoms of depression.

It doesn’t take a leap of faith to apply the same method for managing stress and anxiety at exam or busy times when we are learning something new or tricky.

We have a number of books in our collection to help you with this; subject specific ones too.
