NEWS: Call for applications to the 4th Annual Post-doc Seedcorn fund
20 March 2018
The BIOSI Research Staff Group (RSG) is pleased to announce the call for applications to the 4th Annual Post-doc Seedcorn Fund.
The RSG committee invite Research Staff with 2 or more years post-doc experience to apply for a Seed Corn grant to further their research and career aspirations. The grants are intended to fund 1 week’s worth (35 hours) of independent research to help post-doc researchers along the road to more independent research, such as supporting data for fellowship applications.
The amount funded is in the range £500-£3,500 and must be submitted by the 29th of March 2018.
Applications will be assessed and grants awarded on 13th April. All monies awarded in grants must be spent by 15th July 2018.
For more information and a copy of the application form please contact Kenneth Ewan, Ewankb@cf.ac.uk
