After graduating from Cardiff\u00a0University in 2003, Rachel set up her own singing practice, taking\u00a0on individuals for lessons and working in schools. Then, in\u00a0September 2010, Rachel joined with dancers Emma Mason and\u00a0Tina Kelly to form the Euphoria Show Choir, with numbers growing\u00a0steadily up to the choir\u2019s fi rst public performance, which took place\u00a0in the foyer at Bristol\u2019s Colston Hall.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis performance turned out to be in the right place at the\u00a0right time,\u201d says Rachel, \u201cas we were spotted by someone from the\u00a0PR company that was touring with the 2010 Britain\u2019s Got Talent\u00a0winners, Spelbound, and ended up supporting them on tour the\u00a0following year. Since then, we\u2019ve performed at the Queen\u2019s Diamond\u00a0Jubilee, the London Olympics and the Royal Albert Hall.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Next followed a trip to the United States, as the choir was invited\u00a0to perform as international guest stars in the New York round of\u00a0the National Show Choir Championships of America.\u00a0Rachel\u2019s many talents also meant that she was asked to compose\u00a0the anthem for the anti-bullying charity Beat Bullying, with her\u00a0song, Body on Mute, raising thousands of pounds for the charity\u00a0and winning multiple awards.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt sometimes seems surreal,\u201d says Rachel, \u201cjust how far things\u00a0have come in the past few\u00a0years.
