The lab is located in the Neuroscience and Mental Health Research Institute at Cardiff University.

The Neuroscience and Mental Health Research Institute at Cardiff University is a multidisciplinary institute dedicated to studying the function of the brain in health and disease. Our aim is to unravel the complex physiological processes involved with functions such as learning and memory, attention, cognition and consciousness. Using this knowledge we seek to better understand a range of psychiatric and neurological disorders including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, neurodegenerative diseases and epilepsy. These disorders not only present huge individual challenges to those living with the conditions but also pose significant societal and economic problems.
