It involves working with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardiff.ac.uk\/teaching-excellence\/our-experts#:~:text=cardiff.ac.uk-,Student%20Engagement,-Rubi%20Diaz\">Student Engagement team<\/a> on projects to enhance student experience, such as the analysis of Module Enhancement and Cardiff University Postgraduate Taught Survey (<a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.cardiff.ac.uk\/staff\/supporting-your-work\/teach-and-support-students\/monitoring-our-progress\/getting-student-feedback\/student-surveys\/postgraduate-taught-experience-survey-ptes\">CUPTS<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>My core role also includes the day-to-day management of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardiff.ac.uk\/jobs\/what-we-can-offer\/teaching-innovation-and-support\/working-with-student-champions\">Student Champion scheme<\/a> alongside my colleagues.<\/p>\n<h2>What projects\/tasks are you currently working on within your role?<\/h2>\n<p>I\u2019m currently working on developing the Student Champion Scheme for 2023\/24. This includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>building a timeline<\/li>\n<li>evaluating the scheme so far<\/li>\n<li>recruitment<\/li>\n<li>enhancing resources for new Student Champions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Tell us about your career history<\/h2>\n<p>Before starting this role, I worked alongside my MSc studies as a Student Insight Team Member in the Quality Enhancement Directorate at Cardiff Metropolitan University.<\/p>\n<p>During the role I worked in partnership with staff from schools and professional services. I gave a student perspective on new projects and engaged with the development of strategies for student experience, student voice and employability.
