Additionally, I will be working\u00a0in partnership with the College of Physical Sciences and Engineering to\u00a0help enhance learning, teaching and the use of educational technology.\u00a0Outside from CESI, I teach\u00a0Linguistics\u00a0in the evenings\u00a0at Cardiff\u00a0University\u2019s LEARN.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Describe a project you have been involved that you have enjoyed\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>My particular interest is what goes on in synchronous teaching sessions. I developed a\u00a0peer-assisted\u00a0learning programme which saw Level 5 students\u00a0(called PAL Leaders)\u00a0running fun, facilitative teaching sessions for Level 4 students on their programme. Seeing the attending students learning and\u00a0the PAL Leaders\u00a0growing into their roles\u00a0was an amazing sight!\u00a0It was great teaching the PAL Leaders to use interactive classroom software, as well as old-school\u00a0\u2018pen and paper\u2019\u00a0facilitation techniques!\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A fact about yourself?\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>I have a Japanese Chin called Moshi who\u00a0likes\u00a0climbing, waving and\u00a0spinning!\u00a0I\u2019m happiest\u00a0when I\u2019m somewhere\u00a0beautiful walking with him.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.cardiff.ac.uk\/CESI\/category\/the-cesi-team\/\">Find out more about other CESI team members<\/a>!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Enw: <\/strong>Ada Huggett-Fieldhouse<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00f4l:<\/strong> Dylunydd Dysgu<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Beth yw eich r\u00f4l yn nh\u00eem CCAA?<\/strong> Byddaf yn arwain ac yn gweithio ar brosiectau cyffrous o dan y Strategaeth Addysg Ddigidol a&#8217;r Strategaeth Addysg a Myfyrwyr. Datblygais raglen ddysgu gyda chymorth cymheiriaid a welodd fyfyrwyr Lefel 5 (a enwir yn Arweinwyr PAL) yn cynnal sesiynau addysgu hwyl, hwylus ar gyfer myfyrwyr Lefel 4 ar eu rhaglen. Roedd gweld y myfyrwyr yn dysgu a&#8217;r Arweinwyr PAL yn tyfu i&#8217;w rolau yn olygfa anhygoel! Roedd yn wych dysgu Arweinwyr PAL i ddefnyddio meddalwedd ystafell ddosbarth rhyngweithiol, yn ogystal \u00e2 thechnegau hwyluso \u2018pen a phapur\u2019 hen ysgol!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ffaith amdanoch chi&#8217;ch hun?<\/strong><br \/>Mae gen i Chin Japaneaidd o&#8217;r enw Moshi sy&#8217;n hoff o ddringo, chwifio a throi!
