Well, it hasn’t been dull so far, has it?
I’ve put down some of my thoughts about the election in various places in the last week.
First, about a week ago I had a short piece for The Conversation about the MPs how are not standing for re-election in 2019. You can find that here: http://theconversation.com/uk-election-who-is-standing-down-as-an-mp-and-will-it-change-the-campaign-126325
Second, in the wake of the first Welsh Political Barometer poll of the campaign I wrote about how things are looking for Welsh Labour for the New Statesman here: https://www.newstatesman.com/politics/elections/2019/11/could-labour-lose-wales
Third, I put down some reflections on the Conservative campaign thus far in this piece: https://blogs.spectator.co.uk/2019/11/can-the-welsh-tories-recover-from-their-disastrous-campaign-launch/
I also appeared on Radio 4’s The World Tonight last week, in the wake of Alun Cairns’ resignation. You can hear my contribution a little after 18 minutes in here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m000b0cr
