You can export everything in a folder or EndNote Library into a word file which is helpful if you are wanting to read on paper and sift through abstracts.
Go to EndNote
Select the references you want to export.
Choose the output style you want the references to be formatted in. (Select a Harvard based one if you need to see the abstract)
Go to file and select export.
Save the file as a text and then if you want you can copy and paste into Word for more formatting options.
In the EndNote survey some of you commented that you found it difficult to deal with EndNotes handling of corporate or institutional authors.
EndNote has a glitch which means that the first word in the author name is read as the surname. To enable EndNote to read the corporate author as one word the solution is really simple. Just add a comma after the last word of the corporate/institution name.
For example, Type in:

You can now export references directly from the Ovid databases such as Medline into Endnote web.
You need to have installed the Endnote web add on for your toolbar.
